Why must the blanks be 100% polyester?
Sublimation dye bonds chemically to polyester fibers. Blends or cotton will not produce the same permanent, vibrant, and breathable results. Our fabrics are chosen specifically for optimal performance.
Can I use these blanks for screen printing or DTF as well?
Yes! While they are optimized for sublimation, our high-quality polyester fabrics also work excellently with DTF (Direct to Film) transfers and screen printing with the correct poly-inks.
How durable is the print?
Extremely durable. Because the dye becomes part of the fabric, it won’t crack, peel, or wash out. The print will last the lifetime of the garment.
Can I really sublimate on "Cotton Feel" sweatshirts?
Absolutely. While they feel like soft cotton, the exterior layer is engineered from polyester fibers. This allows the sublimation ink to bond permanently, giving you a vintage feel with a vibrant, permanent print.
Do these sweatshirt blanks shrink after heat pressing?
We pre-shrink our fabrics during the manufacturing process. However, because high heat is involved in sublimation (usually 400°F), minimal shrinkage can occur. Our patterns are cut slightly larger to accommodate this, ensuring a true-to-size fit after printing.
Can I mix sizes and colors in my order?
Yes! Since we have no Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), you can mix sizes (XS to 4XL) to create the exact inventory list you need. Please note that sublimation blanks are almost exclusively white or very light gray to ensure color accuracy.
Do you offer samples before I buy a bulk bundle?
